How do I book a worker?
Browse workers and open a profile. Contact the worker directly to agree on the job, price and visit time.
Are workers verified?
Profiles are approved for publication. Ask the worker about relevant experience and qualifications; approval is not a workmanship guarantee.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Discuss concerns directly with the worker. Contact Hellper about issues with a listing; the marketplace does not promise compensation or a satisfaction guarantee.
How to become a worker?
Open Join as Worker and complete the registration form. Your listing remains pending until an administrator approves it for publication.
What payment methods do you accept?
Agree on payment methods and timing directly with the worker. Hellper does not currently process service payments.
Do you offer any warranty?
Ask the worker about any terms for follow-up work before agreeing to the job. Hellper does not offer a blanket service warranty.
